Nipple
Pigmentation
in Potsdam
3D nipple pigmentation is a specialized form of medical pigmentation performed following breast surgery or mastectomy.
Through the targeted application of color nuances and shading, a realistic, three-dimensional appearance of the areola is created.
The treatment is performed exclusively on fully healed skin, with ample time, tranquility, and respect.
The goal is a natural-looking result that blends harmoniously with the body.
When Breast Pigmentation Makes Sense
-
Following breast cancer and mastectomy
-
Following breast reconstruction
-
In cases of a missing or faded areola
-
In cases of asymmetry or loss of color
-
Following surgical procedures or scarring
Pigmentation can help restore a sense of wholeness to one's body image, without the need for further surgical intervention.
What Defines a 3D Areola
For the 3D technique, I work with:
-
multiple color shades
-
targeted shading
-
accents of depth and light
This creates a three-dimensional effect that appears natural, even without any actual elevation of the nipple.
The pigmentation is individually tailored to the skin tone, scar texture, and existing tissue.
My Approach
This treatment requires:
-
Time
-
Patience
-
Experience
-
and a sensitive approach
I discuss the following in detail beforehand:
-
The current condition of the skin
-
Realistic possibilities
-
The necessary number of sessions
-
and the healing phase
I proceed with the treatment only when the skin has healed stably and an aesthetically meaningful result appears achievable.
Honesty and Responsibility.
Not every skin type is ready for pigmentation right away.
Sometimes, waiting is wiser than acting.
I do not promise instant solutions.
What I do promise is:
-
respectful treatment
-
an honest assessment
-
clean, meticulous work
-
and a result that is sustainable in the long term
Who This Treatment Is Suitable For
For people who:
-
desire a subtle, natural solution
-
value dignity and discretion
-
do not wish to undergo further surgeries
-
and take the time to make a conscious decision
Treatment Procedure:
Step 1:
Personalized Consultation
We discuss your wishes and background, and clarify any potential contraindications.
Step 2:
The Pigmentation
I select pigments that are individually tailored to your skin type and needs, and I take ample time to create the perfect preliminary sketch. I only begin once you are completely satisfied. The pigmentation is built up layer by layer; therefore, up to two additional follow-up treatments are necessary and constitute an integral part of the process.
Step 3:
Healing & Aftercare
After each session, the skin requires a few days to heal. Mild redness may occur—particularly in cases of scar pigmentation—but this is completely normal and will subside within a few days. You will receive detailed aftercare instructions for the post-treatment period. During 1–2 follow-up appointments, we will perfect the density, color intensity, and transitions to ensure the most natural-looking result possible.
