MEDICAL
PIGMENTATION.
Medical Pigmentation combines aesthetic sensitivity with medical responsibility.
It is applied following surgeries, to address scarring, or in cases of pigment loss, serving to visually restore a natural skin appearance.
At SHÆDE, I offer medical pigmentation services such as 3D areola reconstruction, scar correction, and camouflage.
The goal is to achieve a harmonious, balanced result without the need for further surgical intervention.
Every treatment is based on an honest assessment of the skin's condition.
When Medical Pigmentation Makes Sense
-
Following breast surgery (e.g., after breast cancer)
-
For the aesthetic correction of scars
-
In cases of pigment loss or skin irregularities
-
To restore symmetry and a natural appearance
The goal is a result that blends harmoniously with the body.
My Approach
Medical pigmentation requires:
-
thorough consultation
-
realistic goal-setting
-
controlled pigmentation
-
patience and composure
I perform treatments only when the skin is in a treatable condition and an aesthetically meaningful result is achievable.
Not every skin type is immediately suitable—sometimes, waiting is the better decision.
RESPONSIBILITY.
I offer no guarantees and no quick fixes.
What I do offer is:
-
Experience
-
Honesty
-
Respect for the body
-
and clean, responsible work
Medical pigmentation is a matter of trust—and that is exactly how I treat it.
WHO IS SHÆDE RIGHT FOR?
For people who:
-
desire calm, respectful guidance
-
value naturalness
-
are not seeking dramatic changes
-
and wish to make a conscious decision.
MY TREATMENTS.
3D Nipple Pigmentation (Areola Reconstruction)
The realistic recreation of the nipple following surgical procedures.
Through targeted color nuances, shading, and depth, a three-dimensional, natural appearance is created—without surgical intervention.
Scar Correction & Camouflage
Visually blending scars to match the surrounding skin tone.
Depending on your skin type, the type of scar, and its healing status, I will honestly discuss what is possible—and what is not.
Treatment Procedure:
Step 1:
Personalized Consultation
We discuss your wishes and background, and clarify any potential contraindications.
Step 2:
The Pigmentation
I select pigments that are individually tailored to your skin type and needs, and I take ample time to create the perfect preliminary sketch. I only begin once you are completely satisfied. The pigmentation is built up layer by layer; therefore, up to two additional follow-up treatments are necessary and constitute an integral part of the process.
Step 3:
Healing & Aftercare
After each session, the skin requires a few days to heal. Mild redness may occur—particularly in cases of scar pigmentation—but this is completely normal and will subside within a few days. You will receive detailed aftercare instructions for the post-treatment period. During 1–2 follow-up appointments, we will perfect the density, color intensity, and transitions to ensure the most natural-looking result possible.
