Cancellations made on short notice (48–24 hours in advance) will be charged at 50% of the treatment price.
Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full treatment price.
A flat fee of €50 will be charged for missed free consultations or follow-up appointments.
